The MVP diaphragm pump delivers an oil-free, particle-contamination–free vacuum environment. This series offers three models—two-stage, three-stage, and four-stage—catering to rough vacuum ranges from 1 to 10 hPa, making it ideal for applications such as coating and vacuum distillation. Lower-stage models provide higher pumping speeds for rapid evacuation, while multi-stage models progressively compress the medium, enabling them to achieve even lower ultimate pressures—and thus significantly higher levels of vacuum.
Additionally, thanks to its compact design, the MVP vacuum pump is ideally suited as a backing pump for turbomolecular vacuum pumps. The series also offers corrosion-resistant models, featuring coated diaphragms and corrosion-proof pump bodies, ensuring safe operation when handling corrosive gases—such as those encountered in coating processes.
