SmartVane is the first rotary vane vacuum pump specifically designed for mass spectrometry analysis, featuring an airtight sealing design. It completely eliminates the traditional dual shaft seal configuration—one seal between the motor and pump housing, and another between the pump housing and the fan.
Since the motor is encapsulated and integrated into the vacuum pump housing, it ensures that liquids, gases, and contaminants cannot enter or escape the sealed area, thereby providing a clean working environment for the laboratory. Additionally, the SmartVane features low noise levels, creating a quieter workspace, while its compact design makes it easy to integrate into your mass spectrometry system.

SmartVane offers intelligent communication feature options, including digital input and output as well as PV protocols. These control devices also allow for remote operation of the SmartVane, giving you the flexibility to easily manage and configure the vacuum pump according to your specific needs.
SmartVane is equipped with a highly efficient, built-in Permanent Magnet (IPM) synchronous motor featuring a standby function, ensuring ultra-low power consumption and significantly reducing operational costs. Additionally, the pre-filled, specialized lubricant enhances durability and extends maintenance intervals—up to two years—depending on your specific application.
