- Welder 1:
- Salary range ： 5,000–8,000 RMB/month.
- Work location Dongguan.
- Job Responsibilities : Proficient in MIG welding and skilled in using argon arc welding for stainless steel piping. Primarily responsible for welding racks and modifying gas storage tanks using the MIG welder, as well as applying basic paint finishes to the racks. In spare time, also handle assembly tasks and other miscellaneous jobs. 。
- Job Requirements : Welder certification required, smart and eager to learn, proactive and attentive— 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Benefits and Compensation : Meal allowance 35 yuan per day, with a housing allowance of 200 yuan per month. The base salary is 5,500 yuan for 26 working days, plus a monthly full-attendance bonus of 500 yuan after the probation period. Overtime is paid separately. Employees are entitled to the standard five social insurances and one housing fund. Once fully skilled, your salary can be further increased.
